Frequently asked questions
Booking
Where does Curb Snap work?
Curb Snap covers the Birmingham metro, Alabama area. Enter the property address in the guided booking flow to choose coverage and continue to live scheduling. Travel for properties farther out is confirmed directly.
How far ahead should a shoot be booked?
Book as soon as the listing date is set so you have more appointment options. Aerial capture depends on weather and flight conditions. Virtual Twilight is edited from a daytime exterior photo and does not require a dusk appointment.
On the day
How should a property be prepared?
A property preparation checklist will be sent after booking to help you get ready for the shoot. Add any access constraints or rooms that need special attention in the booking details.
Does someone need to be at the property?
Not necessarily, as long as access is arranged in advance. Note the access method in the booking details, whether that is a lockbox, a code, or meeting on site.
What happens if the weather changes?
Interior work can usually continue. Exterior and aerial capture may need to shift, and the best plan is confirmed based on the property and conditions. Virtual Twilight is an edit of a daytime exterior photo, so it does not depend on evening weather or light.
Is drone coverage always available?
Drone work depends on weather, airspace class, property conditions, and local flight restrictions. Availability is checked during project planning rather than assumed at booking.
Delivery
When will the media be delivered?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from capture day. Include the listing date when building the booking, then choose an available capture window.
What formats are the files delivered in?
Photography packages include MLS- and web-ready files plus high-resolution downloads. Video deliverables depend on the selected coverage: Cinematic Video and Vertical Reel are separate à la carte items, while Showcase lists both a cinematic property video and a vertical social media reel. Confirm the formats and intended use when planning the shoot.
Can agents use the media on social platforms?
Yes. Agents can use their purchased photos and videos on social media and in paid ads as standard. Tell us which platforms you plan to use so we can help you choose the right coverage and file formats.
