Listing photography covers the interior and exterior of the property. Wide room views help a buyer understand the space; closer views bring attention to the features you want the listing to show. Let us know about a renovated kitchen, an outdoor living area, or another detail that matters to the sale.
The Stills package includes professionally edited photos, MLS- and web-ready files, and high-resolution downloads. Coverage is priced by property size. Aerial photography, a measured floor plan, and video are separate services or part of the packages that list them explicitly.

Planning the shoot
Choose coverage for the property
Enter the address and square-footage tier, then choose Stills or a package with the extra coverage you need. For properties above 5,000 square feet, the scope and price are confirmed directly.
Arrange access before capture day
Include the access method, any occupied rooms, and the features that need attention in the booking notes. The selected package sets the reserved capture window; that window is not a guarantee of a specific photo count.
Use the delivered files for the listing
Choose the web-ready files for the listing platform and keep the high-resolution set for uses that need larger files. Agents can use their purchased photos on social media and in paid ads as standard.
Preparing the property
- Clear counters, bedside tables, and other surfaces; put away personal items and loose cables.
- Check that lights work and that the rooms being photographed can be accessed.
- Move vehicles and bins away from the exterior views you want photographed, where practical.
- Flag occupied spaces, pets, access restrictions, and any feature you want prioritized.
What you receive
The Stills package provides edited photos in web-ready and high-resolution versions. The exact image count is not listed as a fixed package promise; confirm any required shot list before the appointment.
Virtual staging and Virtual Twilight are separately priced add-ons. They are not included automatically in the standard photography package.
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from capture day. Include your listing deadline and preferred platforms in the booking notes so we can confirm delivery timing and the file formats you need.
